Refund or Exchange
Sometimes the unexpected happens and things don’t work out quite the way we planned. Whether it’s the wrong type of hair, or length, or color, or any similar error, LUXURIOUS HAIR INTERNATIONAL is 100% committed to your complete satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you and Returns and Refunds will be handled on an individual basis.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES – You will have 5 calendar days to return/exchange your purchase from the date that you received it. The items must be returned in their original condition in their original packaging in a way that allows them to be resold without an issue. We cannot accept items that have been tampered with, unravelled, washed, brushed, combed, cut or coloured in any way. Please fill out this form to get instruction and pre-approval for returns or exchanges.
REFUNDS – Once we have received your item we will inspect it and you will be notified as to the status of your claim. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original form of payment.
RETURN SHIPPING– You are responsible for the shipping charges related to getting the item back to the LUXURIOUS HAIR INTERNATIONAL Certified Agent in your region.
